Dear All：

       Our company has a Cisco 3600 with NM-2CE1U，and Cisco 2600 with WIC-1T.There is a connecting problem below：

1.Serial2/1:1 is reset, line protocol is down

2.E1 2/1 is down

How do I slove these two problems?
