SLM2024G5 Port down after 30sec

Hi Experts,

one of my customers tries to install a

SLM2024G5 Switch.

The Switch is new out of the box.

After connecting a PC to one of the Switchports, no matter where the ports shuts down after ~30 sec.

Does somebody has a idea how to isolate the probleme?
