I just did the CIPT course and i'm setting up a system for 2
5 users
I have configured
Router
Switch
Call Manager 7.01 Business edition
I have phone on my desk 7965 and have the all working showing names etc
Got the softphone working on 32 and 64 bit clients
I have music on hold working
I can't Access voicemail and i configured the services and ran tru the wizard which should have set this up i used the 8000 range when i dial i get busy
How do i activate the voicemail handset button on the phone and get into voicemail

Are the VM ports registered?
What happens if you dial the VM pilot?
Have you already checked CSS and partitions?
Have you assigned the VM profile?

I had no partitions but working on this now
Partition
CSS
and
Route Patterns
Issue is my gateway isn't in the list
When i go into this it says not trusted under the gateway
