There is procedure in the manual :

Basically SSH to the server as mpxadmin, then do an 'su' to switch to root. Run 'net' and you get a menu that allows you to change the options.

Once changed, restart the system with the 'mpx_sys restart' command rather than anything else as it often doesn't start properly after making this sort of change... see this post : https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3056740#3056740
