I have a customer who wants calls returned to receptionist if no one answers after a blind transfer. Is that possible within the UC500 and how?
The receptionist has a sidepanel.
One option may be the SCC Operator. The Cisco Smart CallConnector Operator is an add-on software application providing main answering position capabilities to the operator, receptionist position. It has a Transfer Call Queue that displays all transfered calls that have not been answered. The calls from this queue/list can be recalled by the operator. The recall would be a manual step requiring the operator to click or press a key.
