I have a new NSS 322 that I had time to work with this evening. I went through the manual and started to setup different features and see how they work.

I noticed that the Radius server is not listed as an application. I have firmware version 1.0.0.

Do I have to manully load it?

Please help me out with this.

I think you want to upgrade the firmware. What's the latest on CCO?

I dont know. I just went to Cisco support and then software downloads and the NSS-3XX is not an option. Where would I find the firmware?

I found the nss3xx on the product pages on cisco.com/smb and did come

to a software dowload link inside the model subpage, but after

clicking it and logging in, I did not get the firmware, said it didn't

exist. Sorry for the misdirection.

I found one to try, and I see RADIUS under NSS324 applications

drawer. It's the last one. You don't have this?

No I dont have it as an option on the applications tab/window if that is what you mean. See below:

Johnny, the Firmware installed from factory should be 1.0 and RADIUS was included in that build. We are in the process of finalizing the current build 1.1.0 which does include RADIUS application. This FW should be posted by September as we finish documentation and approval.

Please continue with feedback on your experience with your NSS 322 as it will assist with development.

Thank you for the response. I appreciate that you are working on the firmware and will look forward to the September release. However I need the radius server, now.

How can I get a firmware that has the radius application included? As you can see from the picture I posted above your reply there is no radius server and yet I have the 1.0.0 firmware and it is indeed an NSS 322.

Should I contact my distie to return it?

Should I contact Cisco for an rma and have them ship me a replacment? Over firmware?

I need something more to fix this problem other than shelving it until September.

Please contact the Cisco Small Business support at 866.606.1866; select the option for storage and have the support engineer create a case for you. Also please check your Private Messages for more information.

We had excatly the same issue, Radius server in our NSS322 was not included in build 1.0.0 which came as default.

After contacting SBSC they've send me link with builr which includes Radius server.

What is interesting after uploading firmware, NSS322 was discovered as TS219P(if you google you will find QNAP under this name).

Contact your SBCS and they should help you.

Today we came accross new issues with radius on NSS322, but this will require opening new case with SBSC..
