Solved: LMS 3.2 Devices availability Report

Dear All,

Can some one knows how to get uptime/availability reports from LMS 3.2. I have LMS data for 8-9 months. I want to generate report for uptime/downtime for my devices in LMS 3.2

any help greatly apprciated

You need to have HUM installed to run the uptime reports with historical information.

Thx for u reply nael,

We have smartnet for our LMS 3.2 under customer RAKFTZ. I sit possible to raise case for LMS to TAC, if devices dont appear properly in RME, DRC,DFM.

I am bit confused when reading LMS guides which are very long. I am trying to configure SNMP3 for all of my devices. Is there a ONLY steps guide to start with i mean,, first DFM or RME or DCR.

Could u please help me where to start from. appreciate ur efforts
