Does any have a reccomemdation on a freeware "netflow collector" that runs on a Windows? I'm not talking about a 30-day trial.

You may be hard pressed to find something to suit your needs.  Most of the open source products are only available on a *nix platform.

There are some commercial products that will run under Windows though.

Check out "scrutinizer" -- the free windows version might work.  limited functionality but unlimited devices/interfaces.
