DFM Imported device doesn't show up

DFM 3.2 - Trying to import a device, but the device doesn't show up in discovery status at all?  Is their a log(s) that could point me in the direction of potential problems?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Is your LMS server integrated with ACS?  If so, check out Common Services > Device and Credentials > Reports > Devices not configured in ACS report to see if the device appears there.  Errors regarding device import into DFM will be found in the logs in NMSROOT/log/dfmLogs/TIS.
