call_cleared: VOICE ERROR: Bearer capability not available

Hi all,

IP telephony and Fax over IP works on our router.

We can make voice calls without problem, receive faxes without problem but when we try to send fax, it does not enter the correct dial peers and cannot be sent.

When we open the isdn q931 debugs, we get the following error:

**ERROR**: call_cleared: VOICE ERROR: Bearer capability not available(0x3A): bchan -1, call id 0x805F

What can be the reason?

This may require further information to be gathered including call debugs. I would recommend opening a TAC case.

Ok, we solved the issue.

Somehow the calling number info is not sent out and the call is dropped at the exchange office of the Telcom.

We created a translation profile and applied it to the voice-port, which solved the problem.
