Web interface not work

Good morning, i've purchased an AP LAP 1131AG, i need to access in web interface but this not work.

i've configured  static ip means console port, i ping that ip , but when i try to access in web interface this not work.

this is my startup:

That AP is running a lightweigh image and doesn't have a web interface.  Are you planning on using this AP with a controller or as an autonomous AP?  If you want to use it as an autonomous AP you need to convert it:

I need autonomous AP, for convert Ap i need the access point image file.

I can't download it from download area

You can use any of the autonomous IOS AP images to convert the AP.

where can i find autonomous IOS AP images ?
