7937 call recording.

Hi,


From release 1.4(1) the 7937 is able to be voice recorded.I have updated out callmanager 6.1(4a)SU2 with this firmware and tried to setup a phone.

recording profile


Are missing like before.Anyone tried to do this recently as i'm sure i muse be missing something

Hi Mark,


Have you tried restarting the TFTP service, after installing the 1.4(1) firmware? Hope this helps. -Jay


I was able to get the recording options and recording profile by installing the latest device pack fro 6.1.4 (6.1.4.2223-1) Link.


I installed the device pack on all of the nodes and my cluster and performed a cluster reboot per the release notes for the device pack, Link
