Cisco Router for remote sites with 4 users (VoIP)

Hi,

Could you please recommend a Cisco router for below requirement.

There are 20 remote sites with same requirement.

1. Maximum of 4 users with IP Phones connecting to central site (Callmanager).

2. Bandwidth between remote and central site is 512 kbps (VSAT).

3. PSTN connection: 2-3 Analog lines (POTS).

4. Fax/Modem: One

5. SRST feature as fallback in case WAN link (VSAT) goes down.

6. Optional: 4 port PoE built in or module.

Cisco 880 and 890 are prime candidate.  They have PoE daughter cards too.
