Forwarding from a Unity 5 call handler to a shared line - supervise transfer

     I am using a call handler to send calls from Unity to a shared line in a reception area.  I am finding that when I use supervise release that the most calls I can forward to is 2 before the rest of the calls get sent to the line's voicemail.  I've checked the lines on the phone, they're all set to be able to handle 20 calls.  Is there a setting for call handlers that limits the number of calls forwarded for supervise release?  When I set it to unsupervise release, it seems to work fine.

I have this problem too.

So, the line is configured to handle 20 calls - can you specify the Max Calls and Busy Trigger configurations for the shared line?
