How to back up CUBAC (current version)

Just installed the current version of CUBAC. Documentation doesn't address backups of the system.

What needs to be backed up on a CUBAC server?

Last time I checked with the CUxAC guys they told me this about doing a backup.

Backup the Cisco Folder.
/1/ Copy the folder the C:/Program Files/Cisco in the CUxAC Serve and save it .

Registry backup.
/1/ Type “regedit” in windows Run option.
/2/ Choose “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/Arc solution” in the regedit.
/3/ Right Click the same and choose the option”export” .Now export to the location where you need your back up.

DB back up
/1/ Regular SQL backup
