Testing hunting

I've got a 2800 ISR setup for 8 POTS lines, this is for a remote site opening up soon. The remote site will have 8 POTS lines running into a pair of 4 port FXO's. My question is this; how can I test to see that the lines are hunting properly here in the office? If I had 8 phone lines I'd just pop'em in but I only have 2 lines that I can test with.

Thanks for any help.

You can run 'debug voip ccapi inout' and 'debug vpm sig' during a test call.  You should see the call attempt to go out the port and get 'no circuit.'  It will then hunt to the next dial-peer match, and try again.

You can also use 'sh dialplan number #' to make sure that you are matching a dial-peer for every port.
