UCCX Contact Center Express (NO RMCM SUBSYSTEM ???)

Hi Need a little Help.

I have installed uccx 7.0 and uploaded my license. The license is uploaded Successfully however I do not have RMCM provider under Cisco unified CM configuration. therefore I am unable to configure Agent resources.

Any idea why.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is this the right license? What does the "About" information say?

Sounds like you have an IP IVR license. You should open a TAC case if you are confident that you ordered CCX and not IP IVR.
