I have 10 ephone-dn's with the same number and I'm trying to make a user-profile that, when logged in, has access to those same DN's.   Basically, it's a small call center group and I want to be able to have a certain user in another department login to take calls like he was in the call center, but also be able to logout and have his normal phone back when he's done.

When I configure the user-profile I only have the option to specify a number, not an actual DN.  Is there a way to work around this? Or any tricks I can use to make it work properly?    With my current config, the line shows up on the phone but since it's pulling from a pool of 10 numbers, I have no way to know when/if it will ring during times of low call volume.
