You cannot schedule meetings in CUPC 7.  You can only do "add-hoc" meetings.  Here's the procedure:

1) You make a phone call to one of the CUPC contacts (your contact should logged into CUPC as well).

2) When the call was connected, there should be a "conversation" windows (where you can hold/disconnect the call)

3) In that window, you should have an option to "escalate to web conference".  Click on that button.

4) Both you and your contact will automatically logged into a web meeting.

I don't think CUPC 8 supports MPE 2.1.1.

Though in the release note, it says you may do voice conference with "MeetingPlace Express 2.0 VT".  But I don't think that means MPE 2.1.1 (which provides web conferencing/sharing)

When  i tried CUPC 7.1 i am able to see meeting place status shows as up.but

i am unable to shedule any meetings becuase not showing any options to shedule the meeting .

But when i tried with CUPC 8.0 the health status showing warning with an error msg.

I check with the people who wrote the document.  Here's the deal

If you're looking at "show server health" on CUPC, the "conference server" part is actually referring to "web conference (web meetings)".

CUPC 7 supports MeetingPlace Express for web conference.

CUPC 8 does NOT support MeetingPlace Express for web conference (that's why you were getting the error).

The only reason MeetingPlace Express VT 2.0 was listed for voice/video conference, which IMHO, does not have too much to do with CUPC.  They shouldn't list the voice/video conference at all.
