Any way to upload new devices and such into packet tracer? I'm running v5.1. I'm sure there's a newer version out, but I don't have the funds to get it. Thanks for the help!!

I have this problem too.

Packet tracer is up to version 5.3 with 5.3.1 on the way.  It's also free for Cisco Training Academy students and instructors.  If you paid for PT5.1, you got ripped off.

As far as new devices, PT is a training aide for the CCNA labs and as such doesn't have every cisco device available, only the ones necessary to complete the labs.  So I wouldn't hold my breath on Cisco adding new devices anytime soon.

If you want a more flexible simulator you can try out gns3 (http://www.gns3.net/)  It's more flexible but much more complicated and doesn't support Cisco IOS switches.  Also, you'll need to get your hands on the real IOS files for it to use.

Where can I find a list of the supported or not supported commands on PT 5.3 ?
