Operator is billed for external calls !!

Hello All,

I have a problem with my billing, i have stonevoice billy. The problem is for most of the users (who are without national or internatioal calling privleges), they have to call the operator and he calls the exernal number and connects it. but the problem here is in billing we see it as the calls by operator not by the original user who has requestd it. Is there a way we can avaoid this ??

Please guide.

The problem is with your Billing application. Refer to them.

The CUCM has a special way of indicating in it's CDRs that a call has been transfered. Keep in mind that there are several ways of transfering a call.

One way Is that the operator initiates both calls then transfers another way is that someone internal calls the operator stays on hold while the operation transfers the call to an external caller.
