CUCiMOC JTAPI - Fails to start conversation

Hi We are having several issues with our CUCiMOC installation, we pretty much can only dial an extention from the softphone, all other functions are prompting an error.

1. Dialling anything from the dial-pad bar an extention prompts the error "Phone error. The call cannot be connected.[906]", same goes for 'right-click to dial or drag-to-dial'

2. Dialling from desk phone (attached 7911) we get "Failed to start conversation. A problem has occured with the JTAPI software library that controls your desk phone [924]"

3. I am unable to add a 7941 series phone to my controlled end points, it doesn't show in the list.

We run CUCM 7.1.36, Win7_x86 with MOC client 2007r2 v3.5

Server status shows LDAP, Softphone, Desk-phone are ok.

Being new to this I don't even know where to start looking!

Any help is appreciated.

The easy way is to open a TAC case.

The not so easy way is to look at traces:

CUCIMOC -> Create Problem Report.

CUCM -> CTIManager logs.
