load balancing between 2 sites

Hi,

i have two building. And i want to make this bulding redudant + load balancing.

So i want to search the best solution:

first-> 1 ISP on each building plus a point to point link (possible to make a 2 vlan on this link to have a third internet connection) and make BGP routing for internet redundancy + load balancing and BGLP for load balancing + redundancy on the lan.

second-> 2 ISP on each building plus a point to point link and BGP for internet redundancy + load balancing and BGLP for the lan

And i want to add a little question: for bgp routing
a switch 3650 it's ok or it's better to add a router 28xx?
