IP phone agent

Hi,


I have created phone service for IP phone agent login. But as the user click on service button, following error message is displayed:- "Internal error : Invalid Input".


Please help to reolve this issue.

Hello,


Is this for "one button login" or a regular login (username, password and ID must be entered each time). If it is one button login check the parameters for the service, these should be Ext, Pwd and ID and are case sensitive.


Have you created and associated the phone to the telecaster user? Please see the following guide regarding this Application User; Page 52

Also check the same guide pages 53-56 about creating the service.
