Hi,
We have configured two outbound campaing ( IPCCE 7.5). One is agent based and another is IVR based. Agent based campaign is working fine. But IVR based campaing is dialing the customer number but after ringing some calls are disconnected after 1 ring. Those which could be received by customer, IVR campaing is executing the routing script but Translation route to VRU is not working. So no IVR is being played at the customer end.
Can any body help me to make the translation route to VRU work or let me have any other technic to play IVR at customer end.

Since the Trans Route is not working, turn on tracing in the Call Router using rttrace - make sure you check Translation Route tracing, and observe the trace. You should clearly see the error in the Router.
Go over how you have this configured. Run the Wizard again.
