Solved: conference issue with ccm ver 6.1.2.1000-13

hello

my costumer have a problem to set up conference between 3 people and more and move out himself

becuse he disconnect the conference .

under service parameter in the ccm i configure " never" disconnect the call

the way that he move out himself from the conference is by hang up the phone or when he press the conference button and than hang up

Your config should do the trick, have you tried resetting the IPVMS?

If he waits until he's in the conference and then he drops does this still happen?

hay ,

yes , after 3 of us join the conference and he hang up the phone the conference disconnect

do we have any bugs in this ccm version maybe?
