MLPPP and MFR in the same router

Is it possible to run both MLFR and MLPPP within the same router?

For example both the first 2 T1s using MLFR with carrier A and the second 2 T1s using MLPPP with another Carrier B?

Same Router should be no problem. You just need two physical interfaces (serial)
