Solved: Second line ring on cucm 7.1

Hi Everyone,

I just migrated from ccm 4.1 to 7.1 and am learning there are a few differences. Do you know if I should be able to have a second ring? Any dn on the second line appearance does not seem to ring. If this is the case, then what is the use of having a 2 line phone?

Hi Chris,

Yes, this should be most possible

Have a look at the second line on one of the non-functioning phones and

check the (under DN config page);

Ring Setting (Phone Idle) =

Ring Setting (Phone Active) =

Let us know what those are set as.
