ACS 5.1 Interactive Viewer Problem

Strange problem I hope someone can shed some light on. I have lost the ability to format/sort/etc. in interactive viewer mode. The only operations I can perform are alignment and font. I have tried resetting reports to system default. I have also applied the latest cumulative patch 5.1.0.44.3.

Hi Jason.

I am not sure what could be the reason for this but could you try restarting services in ACS? Can you send me the screen shot of the  ACS showing you dont have  those option.

Thanks for the reply. I think it may have been a temporary browser glitch. After posting I went on to other tasks. When I came back to ACS later I found the problem was gone...
