not able to hear sign-in prompt in Cisco Unity 8.0

Hi all,


I have Unity 8.0 & it is configured as Voice Messaging, after pressing the msg key im not able to hear the sign-in prompt, system is playing " Welcome to Cisco Unity ..... prompt !!!!! "

Is a matching VM profile for that DN already created?

Have you looked at the call routing rules?

You can use the call viewer or port status monitor to see what Unity is receiving and why it's doing that
