To add to Bill's note, Microsoft no longer supports Windows 2000 Server.  It is not publicly supported and no patches are being released.  Extended supported ended on July 13, 2010.  For continued patch support, you'll need to update to Windows 2003.  See the following:

The ServerUpatesWizard-v3.0.07-07-2010 does not include the "Microsoft Security Bulletin MS10-046 - Critical update", as of the time of this post (8/4/2010).  You can locate the detailed information about the contents of the Cisco Server Update Wizard here:
