Profiler Net Watch Won't Start

I have brought up profiler in HA with HA CAS pair.  I am running the CAS pair in Real-IP OOB.  I have eth3 configured with an IP address and the SVI on the switch with an IP IP Helper.  However, the Net Watch module does not start and I even configured eth0 for Net Watch, which did not work as well.  I received SNMP from the switch; however, devices that I get from SNMP come up as NOT PROFILE.  Please let me know how to resolve this issue while using the automatic profile rules built-in the Profiler.  Also, please send me any documetation available on how to configure eth3 on the Collector to receive DHCP request via IP Helper.

Here's the documentation for configuring eth2 or eth3 for NetWatch:  http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/nac/profiler/configuration_guide/310/p_install31.html#wp1052408

and here's for configuring NetWatch: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/nac/profiler/configuration_guide/310/p_cfgpcol31.html#wp1094166

Does the module show up as running on the collector?  Once it's configured for the eth2/eth3 interface on the collector, does it show on the profile as stalled, stopped, or invalid?
