nodemgr: The cifsao service has been disabled;cifs accelerator keepalive failure

after upgrade to WAAS 4.1.5f

The cifs accelerator keeps going into shutdown after a few minutes. with the following critical message in system message log : %WAAS-CIFSAO-2-131219: (289078) An internal error occurred while stopping Edge File Engine, component CIFS.

If check of accelerator operational state it says shutdown and Policy Engine Config Item have value Timed out.

As we found in our case this turned out to be caused by the bug CSCtd70016

This is a pretty rare issue, which requires investigation of the CIFS error logs to diagnose. In detail you fill find a "SleepyCat ERROR" in those logs, indicating an unclear database shutdown caused this problem.
