Cisco Unity 7.0 - Call Hander Password

Hello All!!!

In the Cisco Unity; I have created a Call Handler for Environmental and Safety Complaints; everything is working fine; but when some user leave a message and I want to check this message; I can´t because I dont know the password; I don´t know if in the Call Handler configuration; I can put a password to enter and verify the Messages.

I hope you can help me with this!!! : )

In Call Handler configuration for your call handler, go to Messages. You should see the message recipient for any messages left when accessing this call handler. This is the mailbox that you will check for new messages. Go to Subscribers and find this subscriber. You can change the password on the Phone Password page.
