Hi
We have puchased a new 2911 and new data license. While i am creating license file at cisco web site i wrote hte product name wrong and the created license file can not be installed on the router. I have to re-create the license file but it says PAK number is used. I can not create a TAC request becuase this product is not under contract yet. how can i solve this isssue?

You can contact the Cisco Licensing team via email: licensing@cisco.com
They should be able to help resolve your issue.
