Proxy Phone on CUCM 8.0

Dear All,

I had two questions regrading Proxy Phone

1. does CUCM 8.0 support proxy phone ?

2. Does IP Phone 9971 support proxy phone ?

Hi Heri,

I was not able to find any documentation stating that CUCM 8.0 or the 9971 phones are supported for use with ASA Phone Proxy. I have seen cases where both CUCM 8.0 and 9971 phones have worked with Phone Proxy.

Could you share to me proxy phone documentation for CUCM 8.0 and IP Phone 9971 ?

because in following url, it state that only CUCM 7.x and IP Phone 79xx support proxy phone.
