We have a simple application where when when an agent dials a route point it starts recording right away.

If the route point is conferenced or transfered to the conference or the transfer happens but after that no voice is getting recorded.

In debug mode I see the rrcording is not being interrupted because of the conference or transfer to the recording route point.

Is there any MIVR log that will help why no recording after the conference or transfer? Will MRGL cause an issue here.The call is active in the real time reports on the 4.1 IPIVR.

You don't say what you are using as a conference bridge.

Check the codec is not changing when you go to the conference. Press the i button on the phone twice quickly to see the codec type.

CCX/IP-IVR only supports G711 u-law
