ICM calls from IP-IVR to CVP

Unanswered Question

I am trying to transfer a call from an IP-IVR server to CVP. The transfer is failing because it’s not adding a correlation ID to the transfer number and CVP does not know how to process the call.

How do I get it to add a correlation ID. The IP-IVR is a type 2 and the CVP is a type 10

Calls that go direct to CVP from CM work fine.

You would need the old form of translation route then.

With CVP3 you needed to create a different CVP - a Type 2 NVRU. But with CVP7, the Type 10 will do it.

It is CVP 7.0(1) ICM 7.2.6 and IP-IVR 7.0(1)

I can see in the MIVR logs the number is just 6111111111 with no correlation ID.

The CVP just sends the call to the error message on 9292929292
