Hi,
If you have another router with T1, cross connects both routers.

Do you know where I can find a sample configs for setting these routers up to use ds0-groups and pri-groups? I have never done the configurations before.

You also need an AIM-VOICE-30 to work with the VWIC cards.
You cannot do anything without it.
The alternative, is the NM voice hardware.

I am using a T-1 VWICS. Why do I need a AIM-VOICE-30? All my 24 channels come up when I enter the pri-group command. I already added my 24 PVDM's to both of my HDV module.

Because you have NM-HDV. The VWIC would work outside it in presence of AIM-VOICE-30.

Now that I have everything to make this work. What would my configuration look like to make this back to back setup work? The post the other guy gave me is for a E-1 setup not T-1. I will not be working with 30 channels and my control channel wil not be s0/0/0:15 but s0/0/0:23.

That is pretty much the only difference.

Hi,
I have posted sample E1 configuration for your understanding, I hope you can convert it to T1 configuration.
