From my understanding, AIR1252 is supporting 802.11n draft version 2, are there any software updates available to make AIR1252 compliance with the 802.11n standar

None.
802.11n requires AES encryption to be enabled on WLANs used by 802.11n clients. You can use a WLAN with NONE as Layer 2 Security. However, if you configure any Layer 2 security, 802.11n requires WPA2 AES enabled to operate at 11n rates.
How do you power the AP? Injector or PoE? If PoE are you using ePoE (up to 20w) or standard PoE (15.4w)?

802.11n is supported on the 1250. Whether you use LWAP/CAPWAP IOS or autonomous IOS, it's all depends if you configure the feature correctly or not.Find answers to your questions by entering keywords or phrases in the Search bar above.
