Hi,
I'm using the number2name script (http://www.ciscoxmlservices.com/number2name-http.tcl) with a local lookup server and have strange problems with transfers.
Scenario:
A (external) calls B and B transfers the call to C.
A (external) speaks with B
B is pressing "transfer" -> A is hearing MOH
B enters the number of C and transfers the call without speaking to C (blind transfer) -> A is hearing nothing until C is picking up the phone.
While the phone of C is ringing, A should hear the normal alert-tone.
When I remove the "service" from the incoming dial-peer its working like expected.
The endpoint where the phones are registered at is a CCM 6.1.2.
If you need any debugs or further informations, I'll provide them.
Thank you in advance.
Nils

You have downloaded the script (of which I am the author and copyright holder) using an URL left accesible by mistake. It has been removed now.
If you instead go ahead and purchase the rights of use from the official page:
Then I will be happy to give support to see if the issue can be resolved.

Dear Paolo,
I visit www.ciscoxmlservices.com and I am interesting of the professional online and standalone version.
A lot of my customers ask me for a Phone Address Book and caller-id name. I have sent you an email but I didn't have a response. Could you please contact me in order to give me some information?
