We are facing some issue in Cisco ACE 4710 appliance as the appliance has hanged two times and after taking reboot only its working fine.
When the device hangs we are not able to access it from the network and neither coming on console. After reboot we got the below error message on console:
%ACE-3-251006: Health probe failed for server 172.30.16.239 on port 7011, internal error: failed to setup a socket
We are running software version A3_2_0.
