Hello again, if you are question for yourself "Dude, this guy didn't look for a answer in guide?"

The right answer are that i look for, but i didnt found the right answer.

Ok, i want to know how can i solve this problem, i try to see the real-time report in webview but when i choose the historical report on agent, appears everything right, but when I pick real-time report, appears in black, the agents didnt appears.

Somebody help me?
