Unity calls home number for notification and asks for ID

Hi there

I finally setup unity to call a number for notification.

It calls correct and the prompts for the ID (please enter your ID or press "1" to disable notifications on this line), but no matter what I enter (tried PIN with and without # or directory number), it continious asks for the ID and hangs up after a while.

Am I missing something?

Hi Andre,

Sounds like DTMF may not be making it to Unity.  Take a quick look at this document explaining a dial-peer configuration that you may need to adjust on your GW:
