Solved: UCCX FCVoIPMonSvr error

I have the following systems installed and running :

CUCM : 8.0.2

UCCX : 7.0(1)SR03_Build011

However, I keep getting this on the UCCX windows event viewer:

Event Type: Error

Event Source: FCVoIPMonSvr

Description:

SPLKAXL2020 Unknown CallManager version: 8.0.2.40000(1).

Event Type: Error

Event Source: FCVoIPMonSvr

Description:

VOIP2066 Could not initialize the connection to the CallManager database. AXL error: [18: SPLKAXL_RET_GET_CM_LIST_FAILED].

Event Type: Error

Event Source: FCVoIPMonSvr

Description:

VOIP2048 Could not get the MAC address for extension [795] from the CallManager database.

Anyone having the same issue ?

This is just a shot in the dark, but UCCX 7 does not work with CUCM 8.

That is a very interesting point.

I was doing most of the basic function test and all working correctly except the errors generated in the event logs.

I shall upgrade to UCCX 8.0.
