AND HOW CAN WE RECORD THE DETAILS OF ALL THE CALLS MADE FROM EACH EXTENSION... MEANS THE NUMBER THEY DIALS OR IF POSSIBLE THEY RECIEVED ...

First, internet forum etiquette is to use normal (lower) case and reserve all upper case for yelling.
Second, this is the purpose of Call Detail Records (CDR). Here is a link to the CDR Admin Guide for CUCM 8.0(1):

If you're not running 8.0, search CCO for the correct version.

hi.. thanks for the help .. and i know about caps and small caps but i already typed that and then
i realized..
about the CDR i am running 6.1.3 CUCM and can you plz tell me how this can be done in this version, you understand my requirment .. the requirment is i want to collect the details of all the calls made from any entensions and same way incoming calls also. Please if you can guide me through steps also
