While troubleshooting some heavy VoWLAN troubles I need to get a better understanding of the trafic stream metrix data collection.
I clearly have a problem with uplink packet loss. But where can thees packets bee lost.
Is it only between the phone and the accesspoint or is it from the phone to the controller.
I do suspect trouble with QoS on the access switch where the AP is connected but will this effect the TSM packet loss data.
Another question. The data in the Trafic Stream metrix rapport in WCS is the only from traffic related to the calls or is it all traffic from the phones also while not in a call?
I search both CCO and google for documentation under understanding the TSM data. Any good links ?
