Hi Guys,

I'm trying to retrieve CDR's for calls to a CTI RP/Attendant Console pilot point however it continues to tell me that there are no records for the extn number.  The RP is set to CFA to a hunt group but I only want to get calls to the specific route point extn number.  I can only seem to get "utilisation" reports for huntgroup pilto points.

Any ideas?

OK - so this is what I've got so far.

From what I can see, any hunt groups where the call is passed directly to the huntgroup pilot shows up on the TOP N for extensions.

Where I have a CTI Route point diverting to the huntgroup, neither the huntgroup pilot OR the CTI extn number show up.

Can anyone give me a pointer?

Are these limitations of the Call Manager reporting??
