OK - so this is what I've got so far.
From what I can see, any hunt groups where the call is passed directly to the huntgroup pilot shows up on the TOP N for extensions.
Where I have a CTI Route point diverting to the huntgroup, neither the huntgroup pilot OR the CTI extn number show up.
Can anyone give me a pointer?
Are these limitations of the Call Manager reporting??
