Multicast packets received

Unanswered Question

We're trying to find a reliable way to get the number of multicast packets received by a phone.

We've tried using RcvrPackets

http://172.30.227.69/StreamingStatisticsX

But half of the phones show 0 for all values on this page.

Same problem with

http://172.30.227.69/CGI/Java/Serviceability?adapter=device.statistics.streaming.X

Where X is some number between 0 and 5.

We've tried scraping this page before and after we send multicast to the phones, but it's extremely unreliable.

http://172.30.227.69/CGI/Java/Serviceability?adapter=device.statistics.ethernet

It will often report that no packets have been received even though we can see the broadcast has been received.

Is there anywhere else we can look at the device end to get this information.

In the lab we have all 79XX, 69XX, 89XX and 99XX phone models. All  running phone firmware 9.03. We can't try other firmware at this time.

Thanks,

Nick

I have this problem too.
